vt7 dev release - Mail Converter Bug Don't Create Ticket

Mail Converter Action "Create Ticket (With Contact)" doesn´t work. All Conditions Clear but no ticket creation.

If the contact doesn't exist in the system, ticket is not created.

If select action "Create Contact" it works

NOTE: Where there is not conditions in a rule to match you should select (Any condition).
