[master and v7] Per user SMTP settings not used when sending invitation mails on Calendar

When the Calendar invitation mails are sended, vtiger uses the global smtp settings and not per user settings.

This causes some SMTP servers to refuse to send mails because FROM header is not equal than SMTP username.
