vtiger 6.5.0 Summary/Detail View Multi-select Picklist not translated before editing and render inconsistently between views

See attached screenshots. I have a multi-select picklist (UIType 33). The values are translated in a language file.

If the record is in EditView all is fine.

If the record is in full DetailView then the values are not translated before you click to edit the field. And secondly, when you do click into it to edit it the field is not rendered as a Chozen multi-select. It is rendered as a normal multi-select which looks awful in comparison.

If the record is in Summary View, the values are not translated before you click to edit the field but they are afterwards. When you click to edit the field, it is displayed correctly as a Chozen multi-select.
