Converting Lead doesn't remove the Lead's Phone information from vtiger_pbxmanager_phonelookup table

I only noticed this because we have a custom module which - in part - searches for and prevents users from adding duplicate phone numbers.

The Lead Conversion process doesn't trigger an Event which would fire the necessary modules/PBXManager/PBXManagerHandler.php routines.
