Calendar Start date & time bug

When using an iPad with chrome browser, the dropdown options for "Start Date & time" doesn't work. (It works fine in the "End date & time" field.)

This happens both in the calendar module/full form and in Quick create.

The error is present in version 6.2 6.3 6.4 and 6.5 and is reproducible on demo.vtiger.com
