Calendar Start date & time bug

    When using an iPad with chrome browser, the dropdown options for "Start Date & time" doesn't work. (It works fine in the "End date & time" field.)

    This happens both in the calendar module/full form and in Quick create.

    The error is present in version 6.2 6.3 6.4 and 6.5 and is reproducible on demo.vtiger.com

        We have seen the same issue with the latest version of Chrome on Windows 10, but it works on Firefox 48 on the same machine.
