Export to PDF bug

When an invoice is exported to PDF the PDF has severe layout issues with the billing address table ending up on top of the sales order table.

Bug still exists in 6.4.0.

Verified this is still an issue is 7.0.1

Issue of block positioning in (Quotes/Invoice), fine with SalesOrder

Milestone changed to 7.1.0

Offset seem to be not adjusted considering Due-date column that appears inventory HeaderView handler (vtlib PDF). SalesOrder has custom HeaderView handler vs Quotes/Invoice.
