Feature request : add configuration setting which allows more referers

Currently the allowed referers are hard coded in includes/http/Request.php We have the case that a few more tools are publishing links into entities of the vtiger, so I need to add referer in the core code. If this could be done through the config.inc.php as well, it would make sense to me.
