problem forwards emails and file attachments

when you forward an email with attachments, they are correctly added to the email composition template. (verifying the IDs entered are correct), however when you send the email the attachments are not present.

furthermore, reopening the email sent by the CRM, the name of the files seems to be the one for internal use, the ids are different (another insert was made in "vtiger_attachments"), trying to download them the files are empty

in my opinion it is not necessary to "create" 2 more files when forwarding emails but the ones already present should be attached, given that the ids are already present.

IDs 378 and 379 were created with the forwarded email
