Discount popover is not working in the inventory modules

Issue

• login
• navigate to the sales order
• enter the products
• click on 'overall discounts' to add a discount -ref
• getting with the reference and type error in the console -ref
• all price and discount popups is not displaying

How?

• we should be able to add the discount price
