when we change the tax region ,the values is changing to 'Nan'

Steps to reproduce

• login 
• navigate to the tax management and create a new tax region 
• now navigate to the sales order and select the product 
• after selecting the product change the tax region to newly created 
• and clicking ok in the popup 
• values changing to 'Nan'-ref
