When we edit the tags it is displaying with the characters name ("..quote)

Steps to Reproduce

• login
• navigate to my tags
• add with a new tag
• give tag name as 'new list' -ref
• click on save
• now edit the same tag
• it is displayed with character names and numbers -ref
