Not able to unlink the emails from the project module

Steps to reproduce

• login
• navigate to the project create with new one
• link the contact
• click on save
• navigate to the emails tab
• and send the email
• email will sent to the selected contact's primary email id
• sent emails will be displayed in the list
• now click on unlink button to delete the email from the list -ref
• email is not unlinking
