When editing the description box, it opens in edit mode with the HTML tags visible.

Steps to reproduce

• Open the application
• go to the documents
• select any document in the list
• go to the description field (ref)
• click on the edit icon of the description field (ref)
• The description field will open in the edit mode
• when it opens in the edit mode, the text is displayed along with the HTML tag(ref)
