After installing extension addon only ,non admin user able to generate the new reports

Steps to reproduce

• login with the new instance
• create new non-admin user
• assign the sales profile
• now login with non admin user
  • try to create the new reports
  • it is showing as permission denied
• now login as admin user
  • navigate to roles
  • change that sales person role to 'assign directly to role' option
  • click on save
• now login as non admin user
  • try to create the new reports
  • it is showing as permission denied

After installing the addon

• now login as admin user
  • navigate to roles
  • change that sales person role to 'assign directly to role' option
  • click on save
• now login as non admin user
  • try to create the new reports
  • Successfully able to create new reports
