Allowing to save multiple activity types of same name in same module

Steps to reproduce

• login
• navigate to the calendar
• click on Add Activities type
• select the contact module and select 'support start date'
• click on save
• in the list it will display
• now again create new activity type
• select the contact module and select 'support start date'
• click on save
• it is saving of the same activity type
