workflow with german umlauts -> field to field

Dear Vtiger-Team,

i'm working with the "master" repo and testing some workflows.

When i create a workflow for ProjectTask and copy the content from a customfield into "Related To" (projecttask) then it doesn't work if the field contains umlauts like üäö etc.
