Convert lead field mapping NULL values and redundant rows

In vtiger_convertleadmapping row with cfmid = 4 all the field ids are 0 (including leadfield) and editable is set to NULL. This row is required ?

For lead field id 40 (lead phone field) editable is set to NULL, should be 1 or 0.
