Why not have VTiger Cloud Integrations, VTAP, Process Designer, etc., be a apart of the Open Source and give us the option to pay for those features?

So as the topic says, Why not have the Open Source version have the same integrations, VTAP, Process Designer, etc. that the cloud offers, and allow us to pay for those options if we choose to do so?

Thoughts? Opinions? - Would like to hear what the third party extension providers think as well - I can see pros and cons from all sides.
