vt7.4.0: RecycleBin list view count broken?

On a newly migrated system when in the Recycle Bin with a long list of records, the list view pagination count and buttons etc are broken. It always tells me there 5 entries, even when there are clearly more than that!

I tried to confirm this on demo.vtiger.com by importing a bunch of contacts and then deleting them, but when I try to view the recyclebin I get a blank page :-(

Can anyone confirm if this is an issue on their 7.4.0 instance?
