vt73 - KCFinder 500 error - Browse Server to select image when editing workflow Send Email task

If you edit a workflow task Send Email and choose to add an image, and select 'Browse Server' - a new popup window opens and shows a 500 error.

This is because the /include/kcfinder/core/browser.php constructor calls vtlib_purify which has not been included/required so fails.
