vt730 master: In Edit View currency type fields do not line up.

@uma.s There is also an issue with all Currency fields with Ajax edit in Detail View too.

Because the input element is too long the action buttons wrap below.

The font-size of the input-group-addon should be 1px less too. Notice how the currency symbol background is too tall for the height of the input box.

@uma.s I tried a few methods to fix this with a stylesheet but no joy :-(

I think it is because the currency symbol is (normally) to the left of the field and not the right.

@lord_alan Let's review this to make necessary positioning for currency symbol.
