Top menu icon allways stays on "Marketing"
Regardless of whether you are on a support module, the icon is always the red/orange Marketing icon wih the three persons:

Your query is quite ambigous, Are you pointing to parent app of list of menus under parent app?
@uma.s Yes! If you see my issue #1072 (closed), that is exactly what I was referring to.
Look at your two pictures: Both show the contents of the Support menu. What is the point of changing the top icon if the contents of the menu do not change? That is even more confusing...
If I click on Organisation from the Marketing menu, I would expect the other menu items down the left to be what are part of the Marketing menu. Same for Sales, Support etc... What is the point of having "App menus" if they do not change?

It was working before. I'm on commit bcd5e436 and it's working. I went to the main menu and chose the Organizations module from the Support section and it works:
Probably a commit after this one broke it again.

@ruben.estrada But the items in the left menu are always from the "Support" Menu. The top icon was changing, but not the menu items. Try loading a list of Accounts from another App menu...

sorry @lord_alan I got confused. You are exactly right:
I agree, this is even worse than before, because you have the sales icon with the support menu.
