As the condition is set to Access count not empty, which looks like this in UI screen

@manuelgit Yes! for email reports the comparator should be updated to 'is not empty' instead of 'not equal to', We made the changes.

Please do pull the changes and check, that should resolve the above noted default filters invalid conditions.
