VT720: Documents Module Folder List layout broken

See attached screenshots from demo.vtiger.com. If you have a large number of Folders, when you go to the main List View page the Folder list isn't wrapped in a scroller so goes below the bottom of the normal page...

@uma.s I've just applied this patch to a customer's system and, although it has added a scroller, it doesn't really help with the broken layout...
