UserRoleSearchview template is missing, in Email compose form, search on user name from the popup throws error

Unable to load template file 'modules/Vtiger/uitypes/UserRoleFieldSearchView.tpl'

Steps to reproduce:

1. click on send email
2. under the module selection dropdown for To field, click on the search button
3. in the popup of users, do a search on the username
