Vt 7.*: Leads By Status and many jqplot dependent widget does not load

At http://code.vtiger.com/vtiger/vtigercrm/blob/master/libraries/jquery/VtJqplotInterface.js#L12 "OutsideGrid" should be changed to "outside".
