The condition of send the portail login detail is too restrictive and is hard to resend the login mail.

Probably there should be a button so Password could be regenerated.
Also the Email template for Portal Login details is ages old, should be revamped?
Specifically the Vtiger logo, footer, company name, company address are hardcoded in the template. Should be changed to pickup details from the Company Information and the company logo as well.
Hello, you can do the revempt of the template email directly in the database in the table vtiger_emailtemplates with your news Body :
This template is trigered by the file in module/Contact/ContactHandler.php (if you want to customise more)
effectively, it can be great to do that by the interface :)

@adrien.faveraux thats true, but I was pointing to the default template which comes with a fresh installation of Vtiger. It ahs not been changed over years, it should be changed to dynamically take the company address, logo etc. from the details configured in CRM.
This is something that each and every customer has to do as first step if they want to implement customer portal.

@nilay.automatesmb Can be more precise on this, As the workflow configured for portal login email will be sent everytime the portal is enabled or email field is updated.
The Precise case on resend the login details, So that we an analyze this more closely.
We will consider to update the template for portal email.

@uma.s check the email template that is configured by default to send the Customer Portal login details.
It is full of Vtiger branding. For any user which installs and plans to use Vtiger, they have to edit the template and adjust to include its company logo, address etc.. Rather it would be so much easier for any one if the email template picked up the logo, address etc. through the template variables.
