Fix for #369 and #492 - Add relationship between Emails and Opportunities and Tickets.

These changes will display the emails sent using the opportunity (#369 (closed)) and tickets (#492 (closed)) Send Email Button in the related List.

TODO:

* Add the related list the migration script. Not sure where to place it
