Installation on WAMP setup did not complete.

Tried Vtiger setup on vanilla install of WAMP 2.5 on Windows 10

• Was greeted with PHP Notice Stack Traces
• Had to turn display_errors OFF to continue smooth
• But soon after 2+ minutes the page went blank and install stopped.
