Please introduce some "consistency" across Listviews

We have many customers with large databases and many users.

The Listview of the recycle bin and Users modules do not work the same as normal lists and it is a PITA:

• No column heading search features in either module
• No Alphabet search in Recycle Bin but is in Users

Please can we implement standard Listview layouts and features across all modules that require a list?

In a big database, not being able to search a list of several thousand Contacts in the recycle bin makes it very difficult to use. Likewise with several hundred users...
