From a document it is hard to find out what objects link to it

A document can be associated with multiple contacts and organisations and projects and so on, from the document itself there are no related lists so it is quite hard to find out where it is referenced in the CRM. The standard getrelatedlist function doesn't quite work as it needs one that looks in vtiger_senotesrel rather than vtiger_crmentityrel.

This feature does appear to be in the On-Demand version, should I propose a merge for it here, or can the on-demand bit be backported so we don't run into problems merging in the future?
