vt71: Another Report Regression Bug (Export data doesn't respect Modify Conditions changes)

1. Create a Report which has Organisation as the main module and Opportunities as a secondary module
2. Check the report runs
3. Using the Modify Conditions area make some changes so the report produces a different set of results
4. Export the data to CSV or Excel

Unless you SAVE the report, the changes made in the Modify Conditions area do not get used when exporting the report data to Excel or CSV - the report must be SAVED before this works. See #1075 (closed) for the problem with this.

Again - this is a regression. In vtiger 6 the export of data reflected any changes made without needing to Save the report first.
